BUHARI ALLEGEDLY FORGED THE EX-PARTE MOTION HE USED TO SACK ONNOGHEN

Isaac Eyo

Emerging news is that the CCT never issued the ex-parte order which the president relied on to sack the Chief Judge.

The CCT, in apparent provocation at the high-level criminality has adjourned the case of the CJN sine die, pending the determination of his suit at the Court of Appeal.

Attention should be shifted to the presidency and questions must be asked to determine the authenticity of that ex-parte order in Buhari’s hand.

If the document is found to be forged, the perpetrators must be made to face the law, no matter how highly placed.
In fact, they should be treated as felons because this singular criminal act is capable of setting the nation on fire!
