BUHARI GIVES 4 DEAD PERSONS APPOINTMENTS IN NEW LIST RELEASED BY SGF

Findings from the list released so far by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, confirms that, four persons so far, have been identified to have died.

Francis Okpozo, a Second Republic Senator, died on Monday, December 26, 2016 in Benin City, the Edo State capital after a brief illness at the age of 81 years, and has been appointed as the Chairman, Nigerian Press Council (NPC).

Donald Ugbaja, retired DIG, who died early in 2017 has been appointed as a member of the Consumer Protection Council.

The founder of Fidei Polytechnic, Very Rev Fr Christopher Utov is also dead, after battling with an undisclosed disease in March. He has been appointed into the board of the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research.

Also, late Garba Attahiru, has been appointed into the board of the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa.

Our further findings shows that, Dr. Eniola Ajayi an indigene of Ekiti State, who is currently the Ambassador of Nigeria to Hungary, has been appointed as member, Governing Council, Federal Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki.
