The Speaker of Cross River State House of Assembly, Mr.John Gaul Lebo, has completed the First Harvard university African Fellowship programme in Adaptive leadership for the 21st century Africa, and also secured second Fellowship certification from Harvard Kennedy school of Governance and Politics, the first being a certificate in Decision Science under the Emerging leaders program 2017.
The Speaker was also trained on New Media and Communications from the Aga Khan University Graduate school of Media and Communication, where he was awarded both certificates.

As part of his programmes, he attended the social media week in Nairobi on Thursday, and addressed the panel on Innovation Governance.
In his developmental strategies, John Gaul, who is a leading Aspirant for Abi/Yakurr Federal Constituency, has been engaging in human capital development, to prepare him for the leadership task ahead.
