The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr.Peter Mrakpor, last week, organized a capacity building workshop for secondary school students in the state.
The workshop, which was organized in partnership with Mercy Gate foundation, was put together to put the youths on the right path.
According to the organizers, “The Youths are the Future Leaders” is a popular slogan.
Setting our youths on the right path has become even more important now considering all the different vices that abound in our today’s society.
It is in response to this that Barr. Peter Mrakpor through @MercygateFoundation recently organised a one day seminar for secondary school students on:
1. Capacity Building
2. Leadership skills and positive practice in Line with MGLA course objectives which includes-
* Acquiring basic skills to increase Leadership ability.
*Exploring the knowledge base necessary to build habits for success.
* Developing intuitive thinking/self management and the keys to becoming an effective leader.
These youth Leadership seminars will be held all over Delta State.
