The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Delta State, Barrister. Peter Mrakpor felicitates with the Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) on the successful inauguration of the group today in Asaba.
It is our collective belief, that the forum will bridge the gap in online news reporting, in line with global best practices.
The Ministry of Justice will continue to partner with media Practitioners in the state and beyond, to enable Journalists discharge their constitutional duties effectively.
While urging the forum of Online Publishers in the state, to see their inauguration as a call to higher service, the Commissioner advised that the forum should maintain a high level of credibility, by cross checking news stories, to ensure that only facts are published.
