The National Legal Adviser of the Peoples Democratic Party, Barr. Emmanuel Enoidem, on Friday, received an award of Excellence from the Federated Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Akwa Ibom State Council.
Enoidem was awarded on his contributions to the development of Akwa Ibom State and to the Nigeria Union of Journalists.
Presenting the award to the recipient, the Chapel Chairman, Comr.Inimfon Silas said the awardee was deserving of the award, based on his track records in the state and beyond.
Barr. Emmanuel Enoidem, who was represented at the Event, by Comrade Eneh John, thanked the chapel for finding him worthy for the award, and pledged his continuous support to the Union at all times.
He charged Journalists to continue to discharge their duties effectively without bias.
Akwa Ibom people should learn to love one another and not be unnecessarily sentimental with hatred. Let us live in unity. That should be the essence of brotherhood, he said.
