Federal High Court, Uyo fixes Friday 16th November, 2018 for judgement in separate suits challenging the defections of Hon Nse Ntuen of Essien Udim State Constituency and Rt Hon Gabriel Toby of Ika/Etim Ekpo State Constituency.
Both members of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly recently defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressive Congress (APC)
The court on Wednesday declared the seat of Hon Idongesit Ituen of Itu State Constituency vacant for defecting from the PDP to the APC.
