FORMER SUPER FALCONS ATTACKER AND COACH OF FLAMINGOS, AJUMA OTTACHE IS DEAD

Former Super Falcons attacker, Ajuma Ottache has passed on. She would be remembered for the role she played in helping the Nigeria’s Women National team, the Super Falcons, secured her 6th Women Nation Cup trophy in South Africa.

Until her death, the former Pelican Stars of Calabar attacker was the only Woman coach in the Nationwide league 1 with CAF ‘B’ licence and UEFA badge B licence. She also had a Diploma in Sports Development from the National Institute of Sport.

As a player with the Super Falcons, Ajuma won Gold in South Africa AWCON, played for Nigeria during the Olympics in 2004 and the All Africa Games in Abuja. She also represent the country in several local and international matches.

She was a of Goodland Rangers Fc, married to Mr. Peter Ottache and the marriage was blessed with children.
