The National Legal Adviser of the Peoples Democratic Party, Barr.Emmanuel Enoidem, has challenged the former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Mr.Nsima Ekere, to produce a copy of his resignation letter, and an acknowledged copy of the letter from the Presidency, if he was not sacked from the Commission. Nsima Ekere was Deputy Governor, Akpabio removed him that he is not fit to be the Deputy Governor. We don’t want him as Governor.
The National Legal Adviser stated this, on Saturday, at the PDP ward tour in Abak Local Government area, to campaign for Atiku Abubakar, Governor Udom, Mr.Chris Ekpeyong, Aniekan Umanah and Udeme Otong, for President, Governor, Senate, House of Reps and the State House of Assembly.
Speaking at Otoro Ward 2, Barr.Enoidem said, “This is the home of PDP. We are used to winning elections here. There is no such campaign to be done here for PDP.” While lashing out on Buhari, he said, The only campaign I can do here is against Buhari, because he must go. Buhari is ill. The office of the president demands mental and physical strength. Buhari is not the kind of President for Nigeria.”
We have had enough shame in Nigeria and in the international community because of Buhari. He is a tribal bigot and an ethnic jingoist. Buhari is too nepotistic to be the president of Nigeria. Let him go home and rule over cows and goats.”
Declaring support for Atiku Abubakar, the NLA also said, Atiku is a Nationalist, and a true Nigerian. Atiku will respect the constitution of Nigeria. On the 16th of February, 2019, Buhari must go home.
He further said, Akpabio is going home. Chris Ekpeyong is the next Senator for Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District and Aniekan Umanah is the next Federal House of Reps Member for Abak,Etim Ekpo,Ika Federal Constituency.
Also speaking, Member representing Abak State Constituency, Elder Friday Iwok told the people present to go home and rest, that the three wards of Otoro Clan, will be delivered to PDP 100%.
The National Legal Adviser also received hundreds of decampees to the PDP. Speaking on behalf of the defectors, Mr.Oto Isaiah said, “I brought APC to Otoro Ward 2, in Abak, I received Uwem Udoma to this party, I hereby declare that APC is dead.”
