The leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has directed all members of the Union across the country to cease all fireworks against Femi Fani-Kayode forthwith.
The National Secretary of the Union, Mr Usman Leman in a memo sent to members of the National Executive Council (NEC) of the Union, said it has accepted the apology of Fani-Kayode.
The various state councils are directed to adopt the position of the national secretariat on the matter.
The National Secretary of the NUJ said Fani-Kayode had apologized to the leadership of the NUJ over his recent outburst on a Journalist at a Press Conference in Calabar, Cross River State.
