Eye witnesses report from Trail Reporters team has proven that the report earlier published today from our news desk, is factual.
We had earlier reported how the Akwa Ibom State Deputy Speaker, Felicia Bassey procured tokunbo mini buses to distribute to distribute to each of the wards in Okobo state constituency, where she represents in the house of Assembly.
Further checks have also proven, that the event, which would have witnessed a stage managed decamping to the PDP, from the purported list of decampees which was compiled by her, was timely shelved due to the Trail Reporters news in the morning.
Items on display were, 10motorcycles, 10 sewing machines, 10 grinding machines, 13 mini buses, 10 hair dryers, 10mirrors, 5nissan primera cars, one computer set, few dozens of books not more than 30dozens.
Although, the constituency briefing has come after much media bashing, on her non performance in the house, constituents who spoke with Trail Reporters said, her ascension to the house of Assembly has been of no benefit to the people of Okobo.
Efforts to get Felicia Bassey’s reaction was yet, rebuffed by her media aide.
