As part of the activities of the Nigerian Society for Hematology and Blood Transfusion to mark her 44th Annual Scientific Conference, the society is set to partner with Rt Hon John Gaul Lebo.
The member representing Abi, in the CRS House of Assembly who doubles as Speaker, to bring once again medical succor to the people of Abi/Yakurr constituency among others.
 The  venue of the programme will be at Ugep General Hospital.
The medical intervention programme would entail among others, community diagnosis programme and a FREE medical treatment for people discovered to have the health problems the medical intervention is set to curb. 
The programme is targeted at remote communities and indigent people with serious medical issues.
As build up to the programme, the team of medical practitioners in the company of the distinguish Rt Hon John Gaul Lebo will be visiting the paramount ruler of Ugep, the Obol Lopon along side his council of chiefs, for the official and formal flagging off of the programme.
The synergy between the Hon Speaker, and the Medical Society have already attracted international crowd funding and medical outsourcing firms to partner with the intervention initiative.
The programme takes into cognizance communities affected by ravaged communal clashes and those lacking basic medical intervention.
It is already public knowledge that the speaker had previously launched GAULCARE in Abi, a medical intervention scheme and programme that saw about five thousand indegenes of Abi receive free medical treatment, from ward to ward within Abi local government, and periodic supply of drugs to primary health facilities within the local government as well.
This, many have maintained to be one of the most effective medical intervention programme so far created. It has also been adjudged to be a huge success by pundits.
