Anointing breeds courage. Rare Courage. This is the story of Evang. Nsikanabasi Ese, one of Nigeria’s most celebrated Man of God who stands tall in several ways. As he turned 35 this week, it is indeed a time to celebrate his creative output, his relevance as a minister in the Vineyard of God and his contribution to Nigeria as well as humanity.
35 years ago was when this great and humble servant of God started his sojourn on planet earth. A man whose life is an embodiment of the character and discipline of steadfastness, doggedness and forthrightness making him a living epistle to as many who have followed not just his teachings but the revelational truths he doles out as inspired coupled with a lifestyle patterned after the established standards in the scriptures.
Nsikanabasi has made a brilliant and successful career for himself. A graduate in Marine Geology, University of Calabar, he also holds a Diploma in theology from the Uma Ukpai college of Business and Theology, Uyo and in Community Health from school of Health Technology, Etinan.
Realising that God established his success in Life as a platform for the ministry, he decided to obey the call of God to go into Full time Evangelism. Nsikanabasi has succeeded( aside his core ministerial emphasis) in building a fortress in the ministry of young people. His interest in communicating his wealth of experience on relationships to the youths has been ongoing for years.
Born again over a decade ago, at a tender age, he was ordained into full pastoral Ministry. Today, he is the International Co-ordinator of Kairos Rhema Embassy, a Church with Headquarters in Uyo, the capital City of Akwa Ibom State with branches in other places. He is also the convener of the groundbreaking youthful and useful programme which is dedicated to teaching godly relationship principles, Youth Pro-activeness and family values.
The name, Kairos is as a result of the belief that God does things at the right moment. If God wants to do anything, he would send his word first. A church that raise a breed of worshipers who love the lord and draw the dynamic power of the spirit within them to cause Positive Change.
Nsikanabasi is a stickler for perfection, From his fine tailored dress to his lifestyle, he has definitely paid his dues in the ministry. Out of his desire borne out of the burden to teach and inspired converts to grow in the Lord, he has authored a dozen of inspirational books.
As Challenges in LIfe and Ministry were not excluded, But God has always been his anchor in all by keeping him stronger and closer by the day, Evang. Nsikanabasi Ese has tagged this year birthday celebration as ” Thirty-five years of Grace with God’s Oracle”. The Choice of Grace tag is premised on his total dependence on God who have proven himself faithful by bringing him this far. As a Man who has never ceased to acknowledge the evidence of God’s grace upon all and everything he does.
Looking back to where he began and where he is today, the answer to every question lies in GRACE!. Grace that have to do with level of influence the word has come to bear through the instrumentality of his teachings upon the life and circumstance of people who have stayed to receive his teachings especially with prophetic direction through the word of God.
As the World bids Evang. Nsikanabasi Ese a Happy Birthday, one feels compelled to borrow the words John Milton wrote about Williams Shakespeare in his poem,”On Shakespeare”, and tell Evang. Nsikanabasi that “In our wonder and astonishment, he is building for himself and humanity a life long monument.”
We wish Evang. Nsikanabasi Ese the very best of God in the years ahead. In the words of John Keats: Heard melodies are sweet, but those unheard are sweeter”.
As part of the activities to celebrate his birthday, beginning from the 26th of August, wit a power bike show, men of God, and gospel Artistes have been invited to minister, amongst which are, Bobby Friga, Apostle Itoro Etefia, Pastor David Chukwukadibia, David De-Gospel, Manuel Sax.
