The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja had dismissed the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State.
Delivering the judgment, the learned Justices ruled that, runners’ up candidates be sworn into all positions won by APC.
With this judgment, the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, is to be declared the Governor-elect, and a certificate of return issued to him and others.
