The Federal High court sitting in Uyo has Court nullified the election of Senator Bassey Albert as Senator representing(Akwa Ibom North-East) Uyo Senatorial district.
The court has asked the Inedpendent Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately issue certificate of return to Hon. Bassey Etim(Bafil) who was the authentic winner of the PDP primaries in Uyo.
The judge equally directed the National Assembly to swear in Bassey Etim from Uruan as the Senator for Uyo Senatorial district.
