Findings on the arrest of Fejiro Oliver, publisher of Secret Reporters News, shows that, the arrest was masterminded by the former Governor of Delta State, Emmanuel Uduaghan.
According to a top government source who spoke with Trail Reporters News, said Uduaghan had sent a petition to the Inspector General of Police, alleging intimidation and threats by Fejiro to burn down Master care school, belonging to the wife of the former Governor, Roli Uduaghan.
Trail Reporters was informed that, Fejiro had also allegedly made Facebook posts, threatening the daughter of the former Governor.
We gathered that, Prince Kpokpogiri who was also arrested and used to trail Fejiro, was not listed in the petition.
Sources say, the arrest may not be unconnected with the protest held against the former Governor in the state.
As at the time of this report, Fejiro has been flown to Lagos from Benin airport.
