Ace Media and Political Communication strategist, Dr (Barrister) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has been elevated to the enviable position of National Publicity Secretary of a national political pressure group, NIGERIANS ASKING FOR ATIKU (NAFA).
Breaking the news today in Abuja, NAFA National Coordinator, Hon Dr Talatu Salka said Exco reviewed Oghenesivbe’s huge work in communication and decided to upgrade him so as to inject the much needed massive awareness for NAFA activities nationwide via the mass media; mainstream and new media.
Dr Salka further disclosed that Oghenesivbe. who was until his new appointment the Delta State Coordinator of NAFA shall in the main time function in both capacities until another capable hand is appointed to head NAFA Delta, pointing out that as Delta Coordinator, the new National Publicity secretary excelled in terms of proactive leadership and branding of NAFA in the state.
In a swift reaction to his new appointment, Oghenesivbe who is also the Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Communication said the good news rocked him like Hurricane Florence, adding that his new job title has widened his scope of responsibilities such that NAFA shall soon become a household name in Nigeria.
He thanked the National exco of NAFA especially it’s National Chairman and National Coordinator for his elevation and promise to do the needful to atikulate the sound socioeconomic and political manifesto of the former Vice President of Nigeria and leading PDP Presidential aspirant, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Waziri Adamawa, to the good people of Nigeria.
Oghenesivbe is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), fellow of the Civilian Institute of Democratic Administration (FCIDA), member, International Communication Association (ICA), a Barriater-at-Law and member of the Human Rights and Political Communication Committee of the American Political Science Association (APSA) domiciled at New York University, USA, et al.
