Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru, the political contractor and the self acclaimed Peoples General of World politics is at it again!
Wonders, they say, shall never end. I stumbled over the latest epistle of the Abraka born political confusionist titled: “I HAVE ANSWERED THE CLARION CALL.” Very shameful indeed. Infact, I was shocked at the level of display of political mediocrity exhibited by a 60 years old self acclaimed messiah of the good people of Delta State.
The shameless and serially rejected gubernatorial candidate of various political parties from 2003 to 2015 (Chief Great Ogboru), sure made mockery of himself by telling Deltans his tales of political inexperience and lack of visionary leadership which in years past made some of his political admirers and ardent followers to go bankrupt and some committed suicide haven sold their precious and choice properties to bankrole Ogboru’s several failed gubernatorial ambitions. What a pity! May their kind and gentle souls rest in peace.
The lengthy but watery, empty, deceitful and criminally crafted epistle currently trending on social media; further exposed the weaknesses of a FISH SELLER who from 2003 till date brought acute tears and agonies to his politically blindfolded followers.
For real, Ogboru is a political SCAM, judging from his crooked antecedents in partisan politics particularly his selfish ambition to become governor of Delta State. He dines and wine with any President and party in power.
He manipulated party aspirants and candidates at various levels from LGAs to Senatorial Districts. Some of them were made to pay huge sums of monies into private bank accounts nominated by the crooner Peoples General so as to get party tickets and in the process messed up many aspirants. Ogboru is today a laughingstock in Delta politics. I shall deal with that much later.
The latest political epistle by Ogboru narrated several issues without convincing socioeconomic policies and strategies on how he intends to build a new “Heaven on Earth Delta State,” if elected as governor under the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2019. What a confused dreamer!
He berated the Smart Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa over what he alleged to be under utilization of state resources to bring about good governance without analysing facts and figures to justify his claims. As a boardroom player and after several decades of selling FISH, Ogboru ought not to present a vague critique of the Okowa administration. He should have paid several consultants to do a clean report on the present administration to drive home his falsehood and shameful tales of self pity.
It’s sad to note that the crafty character of Great Ogboru, which he has been exhibiting over the years as a result of his questionable ambition to govern Delta State, has to a large extent beclouded his basic sense of reasoning to forget so soon that he was and still officially recognized as a CHRONIC DEBTOR and bad manager of human, financial and material resources by key government agencies, banks and financial institutions in Nigeria.
We must at this time remind the maradona politician (Great Ogboru) that his company – Fiogreat Limited has been declared by the ASSETS MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF NIGERIA (AMCON), as a weak going concern with irritating debt records and perceived bankruptcy.
The APC federal government debt management company described Chief Great Ogboru as a CHRONIC DEBTOR. The question is: Can a renowned and shameless CHRONIC DEBTOR and bad manager of bank loans, human and material resources be governor of Delta State in this 21st century? Your answer is as good as mine! Ogboru is a failed and broke fish seller and that’s the bitter truth!
Needless to remind Chief Great Ogboru that his key supporters in the past abandoned him hence he acknowledged only Senator Ovie Omo Agege who joined his fraudulent political family in 2015, so as to achieve selfish and self-centered political ambition.
I wonder aloud why Ogboru could not acknowledge the likes of late Senator Pius Ewerido, Olorogun Ede Dafinone, His past Running Mates and gubernatorial elections financiers. Take it or leave it, Ogboru is a political SCAM and his latest epistle titled “I HAVE ANSWERED THE CLARION CALL” was crafted to hoodwink and fool the good people of Delta State.
Unfortunately for Ogboru, Deltans are much more wiser today than in 2003, 2007, 2011 and 2015. The old political antics of this self acclaimed Peoples General that has never defended the course of the people; is naked in the political market square and APC DELTA shall suffer momumental electioneering disgrace in 2019 should this cameleon political contractor (Ogboru) fly the party’s guber ticket in 2019.
It shall be a simple walk over for the Smart Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa to the dismay of the APC and its leaders across the country. Please save this piece for future reference.
The signs are everywhere and the most poorly politically malnourished fellow can tell that the solid political pedigree, mass mobilization and electioneering combined forces of His Excellency the ODIDIGBORIGBO OF AFRICA, Chief James Onanefe Ibori and the EKWUEME OF ANIOMA NATION, His Excellency Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa (The OZABOR of Oza-Nogogo), shall retain Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru in his fish farming business come 2019.
The political mess between Ogboru and Olorogun Otega Emerhor in 2015 is still very fresh in the memories of the good people of Delta State and by extention the Urhobo Nation of Delta Central Senatorial District. Both political contractors fooled Deltans, pretended as if they were political enemies, did all kinds of political manipulations and reconcilled themselves into APC party few months after the general elections. Let’s keep that aside for another day. Delta State shall not be governed by political crooks and self serving political mediocres.
They exhibited the same political deceit game in the now moribund Democratic Peoples Party (DPP), they did it again in 2015 and the same political deceit game will repeat itself in 2019, either Ogboru as APC candidate or as APGA governorship candidate. Yes, APGA. It shall be Ogboru’s last card in 2019, should Prof Pat Utomi or Rt Hon Victor Ochie or Olorogun Otega Emerhor smuggles the party’s gubernatorial flag. It may interest you to know that Ogboru and Emerhor’s political cold war has begun and it was indirectly treated by Ogboru in his political epistle under reference.
I do not intend to delve into the deep blue sea of OGBORU-EMERHOR politics and the political brainwashing currently going on in Delta APC. No, its too early. THE PEN EAGLE shall do the needful in the middle of the political storm. The core issues shall be delt with as we mavigate into the dreaded aspects of fundamental electioneering campaign that will decide eligibility in terms of pedigree, character, potentials, sincerity of purpose and capacity to provide credible leadership and good governance beyond 2019.
Finally, Ogboru’s “I HAVE ANSWERED THE CLARION CALL” political epistle can best be described as a total garbage, senseless piece and a show of acute political shame; self confession of a political mediocre wallowing in the realm of negative and dubious dreams.
Come 2019, the Okowa and Ibori political structures shall again lecture Ogboru and his politically blindfolded few followers the potency of political mobilization and dogged partisan politics anchored on the enviable achievements of the Okowa administration.
